Do you rent space month-to-month or is a longer term required?
We do rent space month-to-month.
When can I access my unit?
Units are accessible 7 days a week/365 days a year from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Our gate shuts down at 10:00 PM and will not reopen until 6:00 AM.
What is the difference between Office Hours and Gate Hours?
Office hours are when our property manager is onsite and instantly available. Our office hours are currently Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Our gate hours are the hours throughout the day when you can access your unit.
-What is the difference between an indoor unit and an outdoor unit?
An indoor unit is accessed through a hallway. After entering the hallway there is a broad lighted hall in which units are located. An outdoor unit does not have a hallway and you can drive right up to the door.
Do you offer invoicing or payment reminders?
-We will gladly email an invoice to you. It can be set up on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual invoice, whichever you prefer.
What is "Auto-Pay" and do you offer automatic payments?
"Auto-Pay" is the no worry, no hassle way of taking care of your monthly storage fees. It is very easy to set up. Just tell our property manager you would prefer to set up your account so that your credit or debit card is billed either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
How secure are The Storage Center's units?
The Storage Center offers gated access only, a well lit facility, and security cameras that monitor each facility. Each tenant is the only person with a key to the lock on their unit.
What if I am not able to pay my storage fees during Office Hours?
The Storage Center offers a state-of-the-art kiosk available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, just outside of our office. Tenants can rent units, make payments, and purchase locks through the kiosk. It offers a touch screen and is very user friendly. You can also pay online through the website.
When will my storage fees be due and are there late fees?
Rent is always due on the 1st day of each month. The Storage Center offers a 6 day grace period. We do add a $10 late charge on the 7th, $5 on the 17th, and $5 on the 23rd of each month if the storage fees are not paid.
Does The Storage Center offer any specials?
Yes, we do offer specials to our tenants. Please see our coupon section for current specials.
Does The Storage Center offer tenant insurance?
The Storage Center offers tenant insurance through SBOA. The rates are affordable and offer 100% coverage with no deductible.
